Simple Savasana

This is for the days where you just need one pose. Learn the key areas to support in this essential restorative yoga shape along with how to set up your props before settling into a twenty minute savasana.

You will need three to four blankets, three to four bed pillows, and something to cover your eyes.

Restorative Yoga

Practice with this restorative sequence whenever you need it this month. We start with orienting followed by breath work, a gentle backbend, twists, before concluding with a supported savasana.

You will need four pillows, two to three blankets, something to cover your eyes and anything else that may feel supportive for your practice such as a bolster or blocks
