Restorative yoga is a style of practice meant to facilitate relaxation in the body through the use of props. You can expect a fully supported practice with few poses and longer holds ending with a nourishing savasana. All essential props like blankets, bolsters and blocks will be provided.
I encourage you to dress cozy, including socks, and something soft to cover your eyes as the nature of this practice does not build heat. It is normal to cool down as you relax.
